Vikings Futsal Malaysia are looking for coaches or futsal academy for our 2012 International Tours program.

Some of expected future tour destinations included Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, China, Australia and more.

Coaching applications will be accepted from any coach who has attend for Vikings Basic Futsal Coaching Course or affiliated futsal academy.

WHO ARE VIKINGS FUTSAL ?

Vikings Futsal is a not for profit organisation that was formed in 1992, when a meeting of the Logan City Futsal Club decided to call their National League Team, the Logan City Vikings.

Today Vikings are at the forefront of futsal management & development with over 200 Clubs & 30 affiliate Clubs across Australia & New Zealand. In more recent times Vikings have branched out to now include affiliate organisations all around the world, including Brazil, Chile, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Czech Republic, China, Spain, India, France & the Philippines.

Our Vision is “ To bring Futsal to as many communities as possible, providing opportunities for players of all levels to enjoy the game that we love. We are dedicated to delivering a professional and all inclusive product with a friendly and respectful attitude at all times. USA AND AUSTRALIAN VIKINGS FUTSAL BUILD CLOSER LINKS

In what may be seen in the future as a historic moment for the game, USA Futsal and Australian Vikings Futsal met this week to plan future international tournaments and relationships between each other.
Alex Para ,CEO of USA Futsal and his counterpart Alistair Miller discussed a number of opportunities and came to agreement on a number including

Pacific Cup for Pacific Ocean bordering nations to be played every two years(first 2012), for the age groups 17 years boys ,19 years boys and open age men and women.
Women's World Championship (first 2013) for women's national teams
World Club Championships for men and women to be held annually (first 2012) for the champion club teams of each nation.
The champion Australian teams from the January Australian National Titles in men and women will qualify for the prestigious Gold Cup of Nations held at USA Nationals in July each year.
The champion USA teams from the USA July nationals in men and women will qualify to compete in the Australian nationals in the following January.


Both countries have been running tournaments with other nations on their own sides of the Pacific and hopefully this will bring them all together. Further details on all tournaments will be issued later.

In another ground breaking deal, both parties signed an agreement to assist in the development of referees by setting up an exchange programme for their national and international referees. The first initiative is for each nation to send 2 referees to the others national titles for the experience and exchange of ideas. This will start with two USA referees attending the Australian Nationals in January.

In a joint statement, the CEO's stated

“ We are trying to provide more opportunities at an elite level in the sport, and hopefully this will be the start of a relationship that will offer thid. In time it is hoped more age groups will also become involved. “ 

KURSUS ASAS KEJURULATIHAN FUTSAL TAHAP 0

KUALA LUMPUR - Vikings Futsal Malaysia bakal mengadakan Kursus Asas Kejurulatihan Futsal Tahap 1 pada November depan dengan menyasarkan seramai 20 orang peserta. Kursus selama 2 hari ini akan menitik beratkan aspek latihan diperingkat asas dalam membangunkan sukan futsal di komuniti masing-masing. Sasaran utama kursus ini adalah individu, pemilik akademi futsal, guru-guru, kakitangan awam dan swasta. Setiap peserta akan dikenakan yuran kursus sebanyak RM150 dan sesi pembelajaran akan dibahagikan kepada 2 iaitu Teori dan Praktikal.

Kompleks Rakan Muda Puchong akan menjadi lokasi penganjuran kursus ini memandangkan ianya mempunyai kemudahan yang amat baik, antaranya Bilik Kuliah, Surau, Gelanggang Futsal, Bilik Penginapan dan sebagainya.
